01 / Lesson planning
Manage lesson dates, durations, subjects and tutor–student assignments.
02 / Timetable delivery
Prepare individual PDF timetables and send them with an optional message through the connected IEO Gmail account.
03 / Tuition administration
Prepare itemised invoices using student–tutor rates, with payment links handled through Stripe when enabled.
Gmail is used to send timetables.
An authorised administrator connects the sender account. The app uses Google account identity information to verify the sender and Gmail sending permission to deliver the reviewed message and PDF.
The integration does not read the Gmail inbox. Tutors and students do not need to connect their own Gmail accounts to receive timetables.
Access can be revoked in Google Account connections.
